On Saturday, April 5th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, families with children and nature enthusiasts are invited to participate in a birdwatching expedition near Būšnieku Lake. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to learn about and gain new knowledge about the local birds and plants, including how to recognize them. The expedition will be led by experienced biologist and ornithologist Elīna Gulbe, who will share her knowledge and experience. The event program is available here.
It is recommended to bring binoculars, drinking water, a light snack, as well as weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear.
