Designed by architect Rita Dobičina and sculptor Igors Dobičins. The fountain is 2, 8 m heigh and its weight is 15 t.
For the construction of the fountain a 38 t block of granite was brought from Sweden in 2002.
It is formed as a large „head” with tousled „hair” – water spurts.
