Opening of the photography exhibition “The View Seeker” by Uldis Balga
Photographer, leader of the Talsu photo club, Uldis Balga, has been participating in photography exhibitions since 1980. Personal exhibitions have been placed both in Riga and elsewhere in Latvia. The photographer has also placed his works in the Latvian Museum of Photography, a good cooperation has been established with the Talsi County Museum, his works have also been in foreign exhibitions at Millersville University (USA), in the collections of Rutgers University (USA), as well as in private property in Latvia, the USA, and France.
