On 27 October at 19.00, the charismatic singer Rihards Saule and the Queentessence project invite you to a concert show with the music of the legendary band Queen at the Theatre House “Jūras vārti”.
The Queentessence music project brings together seven professional and passionate musicians. Unlike so-called “tribute bands”, which copy the original Queen band members and their performances, the Queentessence musicians are self-sufficient in their musical and stage expression. Their performances are emotional and sincere. The musicians live the story of each song with the audience – from the poignant “Bohemian Rhapsody” to the flirtatious “I Want To Break Free” to the carefree “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”. There will also be popular tracks like “The Show Must Go On”, “Love Of My Life”, “Save Me” and more.
“We don’t lie or fake it in our concerts, we are real and true to the music we perform and live in, as well as to the audience. This is the quintessence of Queen’s music that we want to share with everyone,” says musician Rihards Saule.
Queen is one of the greatest rock bands of all time and their music remains popular today.
