The 26th raising of the Blue Flag will take place on 1 June at 11:00 on Ventspils Beach. Participants will include representatives from the Ventspils State City Municipality Council, the Latvian Environmental Education Fund, the Ventspils Environmental Monitoring Department, the Ventspils Municipal Administration, and the Ventspils Cultural Centre. Musical greetings from the ensemble “Ventspils Brass”. The Blue Flag will be presented by Jānis Ulme, the head of the Latvian Environmental Education Fund.
