Concert programme “Blāzmojumi” (The Glow) by Marta Balode and Tomass Ančs
This year, we invite you to enjoy the first Advent in a cozy atmosphere with great music. “Blāzmojumi” is a concert program carefully prepared by young musicians, cellist Tomas Anč and pianist Marta Baloda, whose idea was born already two years ago. The core of the program consists of the compositions of various world composers – the greats Schumann, Schubert, Debussy, Ligeti and Hinaster, who have brightened and inspired the lives of musicians over the years, but they will be contrasted with a new piece – the piece “Rain” written by Thomas. This work vividly reflects the common features that unite the play: human, fragile truth, the pursuit of the intangible, communication without words and giving in to moments. The duration of the concert program is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, and admission to the concert is by donation. It would be a sin not to come!
