On Saturday, April 19, the Ventspils Market will transform into an Easter Fair from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
A special event is expected from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, when the Liepāja Traveling Circus “Beztemata” will perform the show “The Easter Bunny’s Leap”. It will be an exciting, fun-filled performance full of surprises, sure to delight both young and old spectators!
At the fair, visitors will be able to take part in various Easter activities – games, relays, riddle-solving, and the discovery of Easter traditions, which will be especially enjoyable for families with children.
The market will offer a wide range of products from local producers: freshly baked breads and pies; items for egg dyeing – natural dyes, onion skins, beeswax candles; Easter-themed sweets; homemade cheese, curd cakes, and honey. There will also be fish and smoked meats for the festive table.
There will be an opportunity to purchase handmade items from artisans and craftmasters: dishes and egg holders; tablecloths, napkins, and decorative towels; toys for children and ornaments.
The fair will also feature flower and garden goods vendors offering: spring flowers in pots – tulips, daffodils, hyacinths; Easter wreaths and spring decorations; seeds and plants for starting garden work.
