The VIZIUM Science Center invites you to spend the evening of February 14 at an event where DJ Artis Volfs will spin some great tunes, and everyone will have the chance to participate in an unprecedented adventure in the VIZIUM exhibition hall. Test your knowledge in fun and educational “Brain Challenges” and discover the wonders of science in creative workshops. All of this will take place in a positive atmosphere, enjoying delicious cocktails and great music with your loved ones!
Event “Cocktails and Science” Program:
- 19:00 – 02:00 Party with DJ Artis Volfs in the VIZIUM foyer.

- Laser tag – a unique opportunity to participate in an exciting team game, with the playing field this time being the VIZIUM exhibition hall. Laser tag captivates every player, regardless of gender or age. The game is filled with a positive atmosphere and active movement. The game will take place at specific times by appointment (on-site).
- A constant feature of VIZIUM’s adult events is Vita Vītola-Lapiņa with the “Brain Challenges.” Through brain teasers and games, Vita will challenge participants in the prototyping laboratory at specific times by appointment (on-site).
- Creative workshops – Visitors will explore the wonders of the world of science through various educational and fun activities, games, and workshops that will take place in the classrooms and the Little Explorers Gallery.
- Photo corner – Visitors will have the chance to capture heartwarming and friendly moments in a special photo corner.
- 00:00 Raffle – Every visitor will participate in a raffle with the chance to win awesome prizes from VIZIUM’s partners: Restaurant “Meisons,” Café “Mūsmājas,” the Space Exploration Center, Daugavpils Innovation Center, the Science and Education Innovation Center, OC “Ventspils,” Concert Hall “Latvia,” and lazerparks.lv.
- During the event, the “Meisons” restaurant will take care of providing delicious cocktails and snacks for guests.
The event will take place on the first floor of the Ventspils Science Center VIZIUM – in the exhibition hall, classrooms, prototyping laboratory, and the Little Explorers Gallery. All the offered activities will be organized in a way that allows participants to take part in each of them.
Entrance fee 10 EUR. Cocktails are not included in the entrance ticket price. Tickets for the event are also available in advance at the science center box office and online at www.vizium.lv/booking.
