House Cafe Days will be held in the heart of the summer in Ventspils and its region on August 19, where 23 house cafes will be waiting for guests.
Ventspils district is proud not only of its longest sea coast in Latvia, but also of lakes and rivers, with quiet and scenic beaches, with sea cliffs from Jūrkalne to Užava lighthouse.
Ventspils region is unique with its cultural and historical heritage – Kuras, Suits and Libyans, who will offer to enjoy, get to know and fall in love with both modern and ancient tastes in their home cafes.
After a delicious meal, you can visit cultural and historical attractions, such as the Ugāle church, which has the oldest organ in Latvia, and the Zlēku church with its luxurious interior, which was once called the Zlēku cathedral, as well as visit manors, walk along beautiful nature trails, and see open-air objects.
