#In the forest, food is prepared from clean, local, natural raw materials, without added E-substances. We cook on live fire, in specially built ovens. If meat, then forest meat, we also prepare vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. food versions.
We bake bread on site! On the menu, for example: forest rasol, vegetable cream soup, deer bouillon soup, burgers, “melt-in-your-mouth cheese”, “melt-in-your-mouth venison” and “melt-in-your-mouth vegetable” pizzas, #Forest-made ice cream with zapti, seasonal sweets, brownies with seasonal berries, the refreshing refreshing cocktail “Ancerols” etc. Good coffee and seasonal herbal teas.
