On 3 November at 19.00 the Ventspils Culture Centre will host a concert of original music “Atklāsme” by Sergey Zolotov (piano) and Elena Vaseva (vocals). The programme will include original songs by both musicians, songs about love, reflections on life, creativity, inspiration and goals.
The duo has already delighted the Ventspils audience several times, performing a variety of repertoire – spiritual ballads and romances, retro and pop songs from different eras.
Sergey Zolotov studied at the Ventspils Music High School, as well as at the St Petersburg Institute of Culture and Arts and Pushkin University. He has won several awards at various music competitions. He has made many arrangements and melodies for commercials. He has also released studio albums.
Elena Vaseva is the artistic director of the mixed choir “Cantabile” at the Ventspils Culture Centre. She will share her original works at the Concert for the first time.
